AI Red Team Enablement

Red teams need to operate at the pace of AI threats

As SpecterOps researchers demonstrated, AI can compress what once took weeks of exploit development into a matter of hours. This changes how offensive capability gets built and has major implications for how organizations test their defenses and prepare their teams. SpecterOps provides your team with the infrastructure, expertise, and secure access needed to conduct modern offensive testing, so your team can build the offensive capability and internal understanding to recognize and respond to AI-assisted threats.

Your team’s talent, amplified with AI

Detection strategies built to recognize known tools and known signatures are less reliable today. When offensive tooling can be spun up quickly and tailored to a specific target, “we know what to look for” is no longer a defensible position.

Staying ahead of this shift means actively testing against these adversarial techniques and building internal fluency with how AI is changing offensive tradecraft.

AI Red Team Enablement from SpecterOps is designed to give your team that hands-on advantage, delivered with the same rigor and operational discipline you expect from any SpecterOps engagement. Open-source red team infrastructure tooling, AI skill packages with practitioner context, and on-demand, expert-led training round out some of the offerings to build your team’s skills alongside some of the best in the business.

Benefits for your team:

  • Pace with the adversary: Your operators work at the speed offensive capability is now built.
  • More ground per cycle: Your team covers more of the environment in the same engagement window.
  • Ready before it lands: Your team has worked against these techniques before encountering them in an incident.
  • Expertise that compounds: Offensive skill develops inside your team instead of arriving and leaving with each engagement.

Build lasting AI Security expertise in your organization

Applied AI security research

Our research teams are working with the latest frontier models, using them to test their limits, find potential vulnerabilities, and applying their research to live offensive security engagements and finding new attack paths to add to BloodHound Enterprise platform.

What our researchers learn about AI reaches your team as tested methods, spanning from LLM jailbreak testing and AI agent endpoint exposure to LLM-powered EDR analysis. We’re developing practical methods to understand emerging capabilities, risks, and defenses.

AI-enabled red team tooling and infrastructure

SpecterOps works directly with your red team to build custom offensive tools for your engagements, using the same AI-assisted development approach our practitioners have tested, published, and refined — from prompt to deployment in hours, not weeks.

Our automated attack infrastructure allows per-project infrastructure enclaves to be created quickly and reliably. Allowing operators to spend their time on the engagement itself, rather than the groundwork behind it.

Tradecraft and AI training

SpecterOps AI training gives security teams the foundation to build, evaluate, and secure LLM and agentic systems through hands-on labs that cover threat modeling, adversarial testing, reverse engineering, and practical defensive security workflows. Stay tuned for new on-demand courses available in the Tradecraft Academy.

Additional courses to beef up your red team’s skills include identity-driven offensive tradecraft, Kubernetes, red team operations, and the software supply chain, to name a few. We meet you where you’re at whether it’s in-person, virtual, on-demand, or a private class specific to your organization.

SpecterOps Skills

In the spirit of open source, we host a public repository of reusable AI skills, plugins, and agent definitions for security work. As with our training and tradecraft offerings, specialized AI research requires trial and error. As we’re testing new skills with LLMs, we take notes of how to troubleshoot the skills themselves. We apply human best practices to tweak and fine-tune these skills for enterprise use.

SpecterOps Skill packages include references and repeatable workflows to show teams what to inspect, which dependencies and approvals matter, and how to verify the result.

Open-source security tools for red team

As pioneers who walk both sides of the security equation, we share tools and expertise that reveal what attackers see and do. From BloodHound and Mythic to our latest community projects, we’re equipping security teams worldwide with the tradecraft that truly matters.

Ready to strengthen your program?

AI is already changing how offensive tools are built, and your testing program should reflect that reality with the same discipline and security standards you expect across the rest of your security program.
